LTP-30 is a high-performance thermal putty designed to improve heat transfer and provide reliable thermal management in demanding applications. Its excellent thermal conductivity helps fill interface gaps and create an efficient heat path between heat-generating components and cooling surfaces.

Featuring outstanding self-healing and reworkable properties, LTP-30 is suitable for potting assemblies where component replacement or maintenance may be required. It can also be used in metal probe detection and other applications that require both thermal performance and electrical insulation.

With excellent electrical insulation, weather resistance, and environmental stability, LTP-30 is designed to perform reliably under harsh conditions, including high pressure and strong sunlight. It can be applied manually or mechanically with precise, fixed-point dispensing control.
